Yes, for a 7 day period. A nonrefundable holding deposit of $1,000 is required. This deposit is applied to the balance of the first security deposit payment upon lease signing.

We require the equivalent of 1 month's rent in a security deposit as per City of College Park guidelines. Our management team conducts inspections at both move-in and move-out to assess the property as our goal is to return this deposit to you at the end of your lease term pending no damages.
